Porchlight is not an emergency service and cannot replace emergency care. Any life-threatening or severe symptom (difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction, suspected broken bone, any fever of 100.4°F or greater in an infant 8 weeks old or younger) should go straight to the emergency room.

By law, Porchlight cannot see any patient who is on Medicaid or Medicare, even when Medicaid is a second plan alongside private insurance. Families with private insurance are welcome: we don't bill it, and you pay us directly.
