How it works
Start on your couch.
Care begins with a same-day telehealth visit. If your child needs to be seen in person, we come to you.
- 1
Reach out
Call, text, book a time or send a note. Aubrey or a nurse reaches out, usually within 90 minutes during business hours, and right away if she isn't with a patient. You don't have to pick the kind of visit: we decide it with you.
- 2
Same-day telehealth
Your child is seen the same day, from home. We can send prescriptions to your pharmacy.
- 3
A visit at home
If your child needs to be seen in person after that visit, we come to your home. For many common medications, we can dispense right at the visit.
In their words · Aimee
Seen from home, the same day.
Aimee is a mom of two teenage boys who works 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. A quick video visit means the sick one gets seen, and everyone else's day keeps going.
“I had no clue medical care could be so convenient.”

- Referrals
- We coordinate referrals to specialists, and for services we don't provide directly.
- Parents
