- Medicaid and Medicare
- By law, we cannot see any patient who is on Medicaid or Medicare, even when Medicaid is a second plan alongside private insurance. This is not a billing preference, and we cannot make exceptions. If the patient has either one, please do not book with us.
- Private insurance
- You are welcome here. We don't bill insurance, so you pay us directly.

The details
- Family cap
- $429 a month for three or more children.
- Enrollment
- A one-time family enrollment fee of $75, plus a $275 newborn fee (0 to 1 year).
- Commitment
- Three-month minimum. After that, 30 days' written notice to cancel.
- Pay annually
- Pay for 10 months and receive 12.
- Billed separately
- Clinical supplies and medications used during a visit.

- How to pay
- Credit or debit card and HSA card. HSA funds may be used toward membership, subject to IRS guidelines; consult your tax advisor.
- In-home procedures
- Blood draws, IV fluids and migraine treatment are priced by what's needed. We always confirm the exact price with you before we start the procedure.
- Labs
- Routine labs drawn at an outside lab, such as Quest or LabCorp, carry no additional Porchlight fee. The lab bills you or your insurance directly.
- Supplies
- Clinical supplies and medications used during a visit are billed separately.
Is membership right for us?
An honest answer: membership costs more than a light, healthy year of insurance copays. We would rather say so than make a savings claim that wouldn't hold up.
